This Hitman collection features 4K visuals and 60 frames per second, along with increased texture resolution and upgraded texture formats. Whether you're gaming on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One or either of their enhanced counterparts, it sounds like this blast from the past will deliver some familiar Hitman narratives with a host of current-gen enhancements. It's apparently something IO Interactive has been working on quietly in the background for a while now, as the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection is getting a digital launch next Friday, Jan. Much like Agent 47 himself, this latest HD collection announcement snuck up on us and caught us totally by surprise.
